Wedding photographers at St Audries Park
Weddings at St Audries Park are just magical!! We were so happy to return to this iconic Somerset wedding venue to photograph the incredible wedding of Kieran & Freddie. These two lovely human beings planned the most stylish, elegant wedding day full of love, laughter and a whole lot of fun. And the most impressive part? They planned their wedding day in 3 months!! Kudos to them!!
The couple chose this stunning English country house estate as the backdrop for their day, set in the beautiful Somerset countryside with views over the 100 acres of Deer Park, it really is a breathtaking wedding venue. Kieran got ready in one of the wedding suites along with his groomsmaids & flower girl, James spent the morning with them, chatting away and photographing the girls helping Kieran into his tuxedo. Freddie started the day with his girls at his mums home, with horses & dogs running around, Kerrie was in heaven!! There was such a relaxed atmosphere as Freddie fussed over his groomsaids before we all made our way to St Audries Park.
The ceremony in the stunning light filled Orangery was one of the most emotional ones we have ever seen!! There wasn’t a dry eye in the place as the two grooms met halfway down the aisle escorted by their mothers. You could feel the pure love between these two as they took their vows, and the guests clapped and cheered as their shared their first kiss as Mr & Mr. Everybody made their way to the grand staircase for what we can only describe as a waterfall of confetti that fell down over the newlyweds, we could just about see them through the mass of confetti showered over them! What a moment!!
The wedding breakfast was inspired by the signs of the Zodiac, with celestial touches and finished with thistle heads and delphiniums on each napkin, it looked spectacular! Kieran & Freddie entered the room to big cheers, they enjoyed delicious food and the speeches were made. The groomsmaids brought a few laughs, we always love hearing the stories told!! The couple changed outfits ahead of the cake cutting, they chose an array of wedding cakes, from cupcakes to an indulgent chocolate cake to a few Colin the Caterpillars, it really summed up both their personalities!! The first dance was held in the Great Hall at St Audries Park, it really was a magical end to the most perfect wedding day.
