Wedding photographers at Coombe Lodge

From barn weddings to woodland weddings, there are so many varieties of wedding venues for you to choose as the backdrop for your wedding day. And they are all unique and beautiful. But then you stumble across Coombe Lodge at Blagdon and time just stands still. Set at the bottom of the Mendip hills on the edge of the village of Blagdon, with breath-taking views across the chew valley, this is the stuff wedding dreams are made of.

James grew up not too far from here, back then he didn’t even know of its existence! But when we made the decision to relocate back to Somerset, we came across this stunning wedding venue and knew we had to see it with our own eyes, and it didn’t disappoint! From the grand family home to the beautiful secluded gardens, you can feel the magic all around this idyllic country set venue.
 
We met with their very lovely events manager Becca and were given a grand tour of the twelve rooms, with original features and a free standing bath in room 1 (Kerrie’s favourite!), there’s room for your whole bridal party plus a few close family too, perfect!
You will get exclusive use of the grounds on your wedding day, and there is the prettiest outdoor ceremony space (weather permitting) with a stone archway. Oh we are aching to do an outdoor wedding!
