A gorgeous black tie wedding in Somerset with the loveliest laid back couple, pretty dried florals, with touches of pink and full of pure joy!! Catherine & Chris’ wedding day at Crowcombe Court was a pure delight from start to finish and we are so excited to share their incredible day with you. As soon as we stepped into the getting ready suite Catherine had the biggest smile on her face that lasted the whole day! The morning was so chilled as the bridal party were pampered & the groomsmen enjoyed a game of pool upstairs. 

The ceremony was held in the beautiful Grand Hall which is always a great backdrop with an Italian feel & stunning light, the bride made her way down the sweeping staircase, it was such a heartfelt ceremony with a lot of laughs and the odd tear. We headed outside where all the guests lined the steps and the confetti was thrown high into the air as the newlyweds passed by. Everybody enjoyed drinks on the lawn as we stole the bride and groom away for a few portraits. As we are a trusted supplier for Crowcombe Court we know the best spots for photos, the light was perfect and we used the backdrop of the Mansion House as well as the serene gardens that sit at the edge of the Quantocks.

In the evening everybody headed to the Ballroom and enjoyed delicious food, with a marble fireplace & views over the Quantocks where you can spot the local deer grazing in the distance it is a perfect spot for your wedding breakfast. The couple cut their pretty cake in the Grand Hall as all their guests clapped and cheered before heading to the undercroft for their first dance, what a great end to an amazing day!!
