Crowcombe Court wedding photographers - Navy and blush pink wedding at Crowcombe Court

From the blush pink bridesmaids dresses, the beautiful florals to the stunning Somerset wedding venue, Abbie & Josh’s wedding day was just picture perfect! We always know weddings at Crowcombe Court will be amazing and this day was the epitome of that.

The girls were all being pampered in the gorgeous getting ready room at Crowcombe, the May sun was shining and there was such a great atmosphere ahead of the ceremony. The light in this gorgeous bridal suite is just perfect not only for the hair and make up team, but also for beautiful light and airy wedding photos, what a perfect way to start the wedding day!

Josh and his groomsmen were getting ready on the other side of the house. We love the fact both the bride and groom can get ready at Crowcombe Court, it really creates such a stress free day as you can both relax knowing you don’t have to travel ahead of your wedding ceremony.

After stepping into her beautiful lace wedding dress, the bride made her way down the sweeping staircase accompanied by her father into the Great Hall at Crowcombe Court and the ceremony began. Afterwards everybody headed outside for the all important confetti exit, this is always so much fun to photograph!

All the guests enjoyed drinks on the grounds of this stunning country house that sits on the edge of the Quantocks. We took the newlyweds away for a few couple portraits, Abbie had a long flowing veil which we absolutely love!! They create the most romantic photos! 

Everybody was called into the ballroom and the wedding breakfast was served. The food is always delicious at Crowcombe Court, especially the desserts!! The speeches were made, there were a few tears as loved ones were remembered, and everyone toasted to the new Mr & Mrs. 

The wedding cake was cut and all that was left was for the newlyweds to take to the dance floor for their first dance. We left them to dance the night away with their guests as we said our goodbyes and headed home.
