Clevedon Hall weddings

We were over-the-moon when Giles & Tuli asked us to be their Clevedon Hall wedding photographers. This Grade II listed country mansion is set in the heart of North Somerset with luxury wedding suites and picturesque gardens that we knew would create the most romantic wedding photography!

We met the bridal party and headed up to one of the beautiful bridal suites at Clevedon Hall. With a champagne palette and adorned with chandeliers, it almost had a Regal feel to it and we had so much fun photographing the bride & her party as they fussed over each other & chatted about the day ahead. The groom and his groomsmen were getting ready in another suite before heading out to meet the wedding guests.

The couple chose to have an outdoor ceremony and we couldn’t have been any happier! The gazebo overlooking the impressive gardens was filled pretty florals, the music started and the bride made her entrance along the winding path and the ceremony began. It was a glorious May day and the sun was shining as the couple said their vows to one another. The confetti was thrown and after a few family photos we stole the newlyweds away and headed across the road to the beach for some couple portraits! Clifton Pier made a great backdrop for a few photos before the couple headed into their wedding breakfast which was held in the beautiful light-filled Orangery at Clevedon Hall. With a wash of white and a mix of soft blush pink & peach flowers scattered around the room it looked breathtaking.

The couple had put on some lawn games and we could not stop giggling as the bride climbed up on the bucking bronco (rather elegantly helped by the operator!), that’s not something we see everyday!! We whisked the couple off for some stunning photos around the beautiful gardens at Clevedon Hall, we were really spoilt for choice!! 

The first dance was held in the Great Hall, after which the couple headed upstairs to change into traditional African dress! Oh, the beads, the colours, the brides headpiece, just wow!! They made their way down the grand staircase proceeded by all the close family and danced the night away, this is one wedding to remember!! We can see why Clevedon Hall has been labelled as the most magical wedding venue in the South West and we can’t wait to return!
