A beautiful romantic wedding

There is only one thing better than a JK Bride…….and that’s two JK Brides!!! We were over the moon when Sarah & Alina asked us to photograph their wedding at The Swan, Shakespeare’s Globe.

It was a beautiful summers day, we headed to their home where they were getting ready. They were surrounded by close family and there was a sense of excitement in the air and a lot of laughter. We all headed to Bankside and everyone made their way up to the balcony room, with views overlooking St Pauls and the city of London, it really is a stunning location. 

The wedding ceremony was just beautiful, Sarah had a few tears in her eyes, you could just feel the love radiating between these two. They said their vows in front of all their friends & family who had travelled from France & Cyprus to be with them. An instrumental of Beauty & The Beast played as they made their exit out onto the banks of the River Thames, this really was one of the most romantic weddings yet.

We took Sarah & Alina along the river to the Millennium bridge for some couple photos, they both looked amazing and so relaxed and happy!  Their fresh white and green bouquets looked just right against the blue of the June sky. 

We headed back into The Swan and into the evening reception. The air was filled with the beautiful scent of lavender and orange from the candles By Laura London, and the guests were treated to their very own candle as a wedding favour. The Swan served delicious food and the wine flowed. Instead of traditional speeches, Sarah & Alina had composed a slide show full of their fondest memories. 

They cut their beautiful wedding cake and took to the dance floor for their first dance. All the guests were asked to join them to party, Sarah certainly had some moves! We think its safe to say she is the best dancing bride we have seen yet!

We left them dancing the night away as the sun set over the city of London. Sarah & Alina, congratulations, you two were simply made for one another.
