A beautiful autumn wedding at Beaumont Estate Windsor.

When we first met Anne & Chris and heard all about the plans for their autumn wedding at Beaumont Estate in Windsor we were really excited! The warm berry tones, the Maggie Sottero dress and the woodland inspired reception sounded perfect!

The day started on a rainy October day in West London. Anne was getting ready along with her mum & sister who had travelled all the way from New Zealand for the wedding! There was such a calm and serene atmosphere and the sun was starting to break through as the early morning rain cleared away. Anne stepped into her beautiful Maggie Sottero wedding gown and the car arrived to transport them to the Church.

The groom Chris was greeting all the guests at the Church along with his best man Paul. Kerrie’s brother married in the same Church back in 2008 and it was wonderful to be back here. The whole community came along to enjoy the ceremony including Father Paul who had held the service for Kerrie’s brother all those years ago! The car arrived and Anne made her way down the aisle.

When we asked Anne what she was most looking forward to on her wedding day she said to finally marry her best friend, heart melted!! And that day was finally here, you could really see the love these two have for each other, the little sideways glance, and the little smiles they shared as Father Desmond conducted the service. Everyone enjoyed tea & coffee before everyone headed off to the evening reception at the stunning Beaumont Estate in Windsor.

We had been photographers at Beaumont Estate back in 2015 so were so happy to be back again. Set in 40 acres of parkland it really is a breath taking wedding venue. The toastmaster was there to greet everyone and after the all-important confetti shot everyone headed inside for drinks and canopies.

We headed to the reception area to take some photos, we actually gasped when we walked into the 19th Century Chapel, with a long table setting adorned with tall candelabras covered in foliage & florals with pine cones from Kew Gardens and autumn leaves from the bride & grooms own garden, it looked absolutely stunning! With little woodland themed touches and marmalade favours, Anne & Chris really put on an impressive setting for their wedding breakfast.

As music form the soundtrack to Star Wars and Harry Potter played out which suited the atmosphere perfectly, everyone was treated to delicious food and a few words and thank yous by the bride and groom. Chris changed into some cool trainers and the newlyweds took to the dance floor and as ‘All of me’ started playing they had their first dance as husband and wife.

Congratulations Anne & Chris, what a wonderful wedding to finish our 2018 season.
